All efforts will be made by our team of volunteers at the event venue for any program to honor your bookings. But due to unforeseen circumstances or owing to any change of travel plans of important people, if your booking is not honored, we expect you to understand the changed scenario and accept modifications or cancellations at any time. You also agree that you will not claim any damages of what so ever nature owing to such modifications or cancellations, including but not limited to travel and stay expenses of yours and beyond.
