anvayaH:

aki~ncanavat sapaTakhaNDaM svavibhavAnucitaM kvacit caraNAdikaM bhuvanabhartuH svanigUhanaM surasabhAsu kutUhalaM Atanot aho .

anvayArthaH:

aki~ncanavat = Like a poor person sapaTakhaNDaM = wearing a loin cloth svavibhavAnucitaM = not befitting his grandeur kvacit = to some lonely place caraNAdikaM = wanderings etc bhuvanabhartuH = the Lord of the worlds svanigUhanaM = self-concealment surasabhAsu = in the courts of the celestials kutUhalaM = wonder Atanot = caused aho = oh!.

Summary:

Wearing a loin cloth like a poor person, the child vAsudeva used to wander in lonely places in a manner not befitting his grandeur. This self-concealment of the Lord of the worlds caused great wonder in the courts of the celestials.
