anvayArthaH

sutaponidhiH = a treasure of penance asau = this madhya geha taM = that sutaM = child vAsudeva upagR^ihya = having taken gR^ihiNIsahitaH = along with his wife gR^ihaM = to the house yayau = went bAladivAkare = the morning sun iti = in this way udayati sati = rising (spreading his rays everywhere) sujanAnanavArijam = the lotus-like faces of noble smitaM abhUt = bloomed hi = truly.

Summary

Madhya geha, who was a treasure of penance, took the child vAsudeva and went to his house along with his wife. When the rising sun’s rays spread everywhere, the faces of the lotuses bloom. Similarly, the lotus-like faces of the noble bloomed while the child’s greatness began to be known to the world.
