pratisabhAjitapUrvakasambhrame .

aviduShIjananIti sa bAlakaH

sharaNato raNato niragAnnR^ibhiH ..2..

padacCheda:

svajanatApagamAgamasa~NgamapratisabhAjitapUrvakasambhrame aviduShI jananI iti saH bAlakaH sharaNataH raNataH niragAt nR^ibhiH .

anvaya:

saH bAlakaH nR^ibhiH raNataH sharaNataH svajanatApagamAgamasa~NgamapratisabhAjitapUrvakasambhrame jananI aviduShI iti niragAt.

anvayArtha:

saH = that bAlakaH = vAsudeva nR^ibhiH = by people raNataH = noisy sharaNataH = from house svajanatA = of relatives apagama = going out Agama = coming in sa~Ngama = meeting pratisabhAjitapUrvaka = greeting etc sambhrame = excitement jananI = mother aviduShI = will not notice iti = knowing thus niragAt = went out.

Summary:

The relative’s house was noisy with people coming in and going out, meeting each other and exchanging greetings. Knowing that his mother will not notice him in such a festive excitement, the little vAsudeva went out of the house.
