Summary

All the gods and other noble souls were anxiously waiting for  the little child to begin to speak. In due course of time, beautiful words began to flow from the mouth of the child. His speech was indistinct and not so audacious at the beginning. In this way Sarasvati, the goddess of speech, who is worshipped in all the worlds, herself began to sport in his mouth (speech organ) with great pleasure. It resembled the way she, with her beautiful gait, bashfully and slowly makes her appearance in the abode of Brahma, with her face covered while the Gods anxiously wait for her arrival.

Notes: As this child, the incarnation of vAyu, will become Brahma in future, it is appropriate to compare the sporting of Goddess Sarasvati in his speech organ to the sporting of Goddess Sarasvati in the abode of Brahma.
