vismeratAmupajagAma jananyamuShya .
yasya trilokajananI jananI viShe.api
pIte na vismayamavApa samastashakteH ..41..

ArogyashAlini tadA api purA iva putre vismeratAM upajagAma jananI amuShya yasya trilokajananI jananI viShe api pIte na vismayaM avApa samastashakteH .
anvayaH:
tadA api purA iva putre ArogyashAlini [sati] amuShya jananI vismeratAM upajagAma trilokajananI samastashakteH yasya jananI viShe pIte api na vismayaM avApa .
anvayArthaH:
tadA api = even after partaking the hot pulses purA iva = like before putre = the son ArogyashAlini [sati] = being healthy amuShya = of the child vAsudeva jananI = mother vismeratAM = wonderstruck upajagAma = got trilokajananI = mother of the three worlds samastashakteH = of the all powerful yasya jananI = mother viShe pIte api = even after partaking the hAlAhala poison that emanated at the time of churning the milky ocean na vismayaM avApa = was not amazed.
Summary:
The mother of this all-powerful vAyu, shrI mahAlaxmI, the mother of three worlds, was not amazed even when he drank the hAlAhala poison that emanated at the time of churning the milky ocean. To a person who has digested such a deadly poison what harm the hot pulses could do? Not knowing the greatness of her child, the mother of vAsudeva became wonderstruck on seeing her son in pink of health even after partaking the hot pulses.
