Summary:

After entering the house and seeing her child, the wife of madhyageha enquired about what all had happened. She came to know that the child has been fed with hot cooked pulses used to feed the cattle. She scolded her daughter for feeding the childĀ such pulses that are hard to digest even for grown ups. She feared that something might happen to the child and became angry towards her daughter. She repented that all this has happened due to her own negligence.
