anvayArthaH:
saH = madhyageha bhaTTa itthaM = in this way hareH = of lord shrI hari guNakathAsudhayA = by the nectar called the story of the auspicious qualities sutR^iptaH [san]= having become pleased nairguNyavAdiShu janeShu = those who proclaim attributeless-ness of the lord api = also sAgraheShu [satsu] = with obstinate inclination tattve = in the matter of truth kAlacaladhIH [san] = mind wavering due to the effect of deteriorating time atisaMshayAluH [san] = very doubtful dhImAn = intelligent shravaNashodhitayA dhiyA = with a mind, purified by listening to scriptures pradadhyau = contemplated [as follows].
Summary:
In this way, having become pleased by the nectar called the story of the auspicious qualities of lord shrI hari and also finding those who proclaim the attributeless-ness of the lord with obstinate inclination, madhyageha bhaTTa, with his mind wavering due to the effect of the deteriorating time became very doubtful in the matter of truth. Intelligent as he is, he contemplated [as follows] with a mind purified by listening to scriptures.
