ato yathAtmashaktyaiva shravaNaM mananaM tathA |

Purport:
As there is gradation in bliss depending on the efforts one puts in, one should undertake meditation according to ones capacity. Meditation can be taken up after completing the process of shravaNa and manana or it can be practiced in parallel to shravaNa and manana.
